Our family of 5 had a great stay! It was new, clean and fully stocked with all of the essentials. We felt at home and safe. The house is in a great location with easy access to OOB, Pine Point and Higgins Beach. Gabe was also great to work with. Thank you, we’ll be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our family's weekend getaway. The location on the golf course was beautiful and peaceful, while still being just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and everything Old Orchard Beach has to offer. It had everything we needed, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Gabe's place was spacious and clean, and on a nice quiet cul-de-sac. It was a short drive to the beach and restaurants and services. Would definitely stay here again on our next OOB trip.

This place was perfect for our family reunion! The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The top-floor rooms run a bit warm in summer, but the AC units handle it well (just a bit loud). The living spaces are beautifully decorated and gave us plenty of room to spread out — some of us watched World Cup games in one living room, others caught up in another, and a group grilled out on the patio. We also loved that it was an easy walk (under 30 minutes) to the downtown waterfront.

Our visit to Old Orchard Beach was excellent. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had three people in our group, and the house had more than enough room for us. The housing community is small and the houses are close to each other, but the neighborhood is quiet. What really stood out was the owner communication. Gabe checked in with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was going well, or if there was anything we needed. I would certainly check the availability of this property if traveling to the Old Orchard Beach area in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
