This place was perfect for our family reunion! The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The top-floor rooms run a bit warm in summer, but the AC units handle it well (just a bit loud). The living spaces are beautifully decorated and gave us plenty of room to spread out — some of us watched World Cup games in one living room, others caught up in another, and a group grilled out on the patio. We also loved that it was an easy walk (under 30 minutes) to the downtown waterfront.

Our visit to Old Orchard Beach was excellent. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had three people in our group, and the house had more than enough room for us. The housing community is small and the houses are close to each other, but the neighborhood is quiet. What really stood out was the owner communication. Gabe checked in with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was going well, or if there was anything we needed. I would certainly check the availability of this property if traveling to the Old Orchard Beach area in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
We had an amazing stay for our wedding! This may have been the best rental property I’ve ever experienced. It was spotless and spacious, the pictures don’t even do it justice. The convenience of being right next door to the Dunegrass clubhouse where we held our wedding was worth every penny and Gabe was an excellent host. Very friendly and quick and detailed responses.

Hands down, one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at. The house was extremely clean and large enough for our six guests to have their privacy. Gabe was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The driveway made parking easy, and the location itself felt very safe. The beach was only a few minute drive away, as was the grocery store. Great spot, great host—will be back again!
