Beautiful house in a nice golf course neighborhood! Gabe was very responsive and gave great recommendations. Beds were very comfy too!! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

We had a lovely stay at this home! Great size for our family of 4, and with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it could fit a bigger family too. Loved the little luxury touches: good toilet paper, tissues placed thoughtfully around the house, and bedside lamps with built in charging ports. Bathrooms were a great size and never felt cramped. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes plus pantry basics like salt, pepper, and oil, and the fridge was spacious and clean. Also had a high chair and pack'n'play if needed. The garage parking spot kept our car cool all week, and the location was great, easy drive to Old Orchard Beach and short trips to Freeport or Portland. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful for morning walks, beds were comfortable, and checkout was simple. Gabe was a very helpful and responsive host. We left a few items behind by accident, and Gabe was wonderful about it, coordinating with the cleaners to get our things back safely. We'd absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights and it was a great location for us since we spent time in Portland, Kennebunkport, and Ogunquit. The house was spacious and clean & the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway.

Our family of 5 had a great stay! It was new, clean and fully stocked with all of the essentials. We felt at home and safe. The house is in a great location with easy access to OOB, Pine Point and Higgins Beach. Gabe was also great to work with. Thank you, we’ll be coming back!

Our visit to Old Orchard Beach was excellent. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had three people in our group, and the house had more than enough room for us. The housing community is small and the houses are close to each other, but the neighborhood is quiet. What really stood out was the owner communication. Gabe checked in with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was going well, or if there was anything we needed. I would certainly check the availability of this property if traveling to the Old Orchard Beach area in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Gabe’s property in OOB for my daughter’s graduation weekend. The house was as beautiful and clean as advertised. It fit our needs perfectly! Great location. Communication was quick and easy. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood

The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Location of house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms good size and beds comfortable. Living room couches were ok. Bathrooms and kitchen very clean and plenty of pots of pans etc. Gabriel was great! Checked in with us and responded when we reached out. Overall great time!!

My family and I (2 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful time at Gabriel's place. Very clean, spacious, and located in a great neighborhood. Super close to the beach and amusements!

Spent the weekend for our son’s wedding at the country club. Great location and convenient walk to the festivities. Beautiful home that we felt comfortable and relaxed in. Well taken care of and clean.

The place was nice and clean. At the end, they did send a list of things-clean out the fridge, run the dishwasher, put all the towels in the washing machine, raise the thermostat, etc-that seemed pretty extensive considering we were paying a $300 cleaning fee. We would have done all of these things anyway but frustrating to be told to do them when paying a big fee. I realize this is common in Airbnb’s but after this visit and our easy peasy hotel stays at other locations, we will be staying in hotels when possible.
